I booked my haircut quite last minute and it was no issue for the Technik staff at all. Although a busy salon, the process was very relaxed. Lucy was very attentive to what I wanted and did a brilliant job, even though it was the first time she had met me. I got brilliant service for a bargain, and I couldn't be happier.

Was called on the day of treatment to be asked to come half an hour later due to stylists running late. When i came I had to wait another 30 minutes and was told that the stylist I had appointment with was off today. Was eventually served by another stylist. The overall treatment was Okay.
