So I was about fifteen minutes to my appointment, due to the fact that I had to travel a bit, so the hairdresser informed me that she wouldn't be able to wash my hair as appointed, which was very fair and I did not mind at all. The overall experienced seemed very rushed, and i explained to the lady that I wanted a cut just above my shoulders and the same length. My hair is now unevenly cut, long at the back and chin length at the front. The reason why I didn't really realise this when she was finished was because part of my hair was wet and she kept stretching my hair. Also, the hairdresser didn't even bother drying my hair, which I found very very bizarre. I was told that I'm All finished and was given my coat with half wet hair. I must say, I have never experienced such a bad appointment. Also must note that I'm not mad, I'm just extremely sad as my hair is obviously in quite a bad state and shorter than I wanted. I appreciate the effort the hairdresser put, but I don't think she really tried. Other than that, the rest of the hairdressers seemed lovely and there was a really nice vibe.
My haircut experience was great. Rachel was very nice and made a fantastic job . She understands what people like and it's obvious she enjoys what she does.
