I had a full head of highlights & cut which unfortunately I was quite unhappy with & don't feel i got what i asked for. However after phoning to let the salon know i went back the following day & they were very professional & did their best to correct the issue. The management of the salon were lovely & i was also offered vouchers to use on my next visit which i felt was a kind gesture.
Although i wasn't happy with my hair i have rated the salon based on that i can't fault the service i received.

I booked in for a wet cut with Rachel and was very pleased with the result. I thought I'd try a new salon/hairdresser as the last one I tried cut my hair crooked. Rachel took her time, listened to my instructions and checked the cut at the end which was exactly as I'd asked for.

Rachel took so much care and paid great attention when doing my hair. Will definitely be back and booking in with Rachel as her service was great and I love my very much needed hair cut
