Very friendly stylist but asked for hair to be shaped to my face and she cut two massive chunks of hair at the front of my face really short and it looks hideous. Apparently it’s not fixable and I just have to wait for it to grow out now. Really upset with the quality of the hair cut

This was the first time at Technik. Opted for a dry cut as I wanted only a trim and not really into styling hair and that sort of stuff. Caroline was amazing and very friendly. We had a nice chat. Will definitely come back :)
