The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The shop is always nice and warm. When I have been there for a blow dry, I seem to get lots of comments on how nice my hair looks, which gives me a great boost!

Jodie managed to get my treatment done even though I was over 30 min late because of the weather, I can’t find words to thank them for their understanding and excellent customer service; normally in any other places they would have been cancelled the appointment and charge for the treatment anyway! So this says a lot of the business and all the people working at this venue. Thanks again for the outstanding service and hospitality!

My previous haircut (not at Technik) was terrible - shorter than I wanted and very uneven.
Jodie was amazing, my hair is now even and she didn’t have to take much off the length which will allow me to grow it. She asked lots of questions to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered an amazing result.

I had a great appointment to refresh my pixie cut. tha stylist listened to what I wanted and gave me a really good flattering cut. I left feeling amazing and the style stayed sharp and easy to manage. highly recommend.
