Shop was empty had to wait on someone coming from the back. Hair cut wasn't fully discussed before cutting started. Charged full price instead of Treatwell price, full price being refunded but still paid twice, waiting on refund. Wont be returning.

Very friendly stylist but asked for hair to be shaped to my face and she cut two massive chunks of hair at the front of my face really short and it looks hideous. Apparently it’s not fixable and I just have to wait for it to grow out now. Really upset with the quality of the hair cut
