Staff were welcoming and polite, and didn’t feel insincere. John took time to listen to my (very vague!) requirements, made sure that what he heard was what I meant and was happy with. The wash was relaxing and the cut was great; the blow dry and hair straightening was perfect- despite my usually wild hair. Very enjoyable experience- and I’m not someone who *likes* going for a haircut!
