I had booked through Treatwell and unfortunately it either double booked Jodie or another error occurred. When I arrived, she didn't know I has on her schedule and she already had two other bookings.
However, she was lovely and fit me in -- which I so appreciated and didn't mind waiting for. She fit me in very quickly and the cut went well overall.
Third time booking through Treatwell and first time having this issue.

Caroline is very attentive and styled my hair exactly as I asked for. She checked with me regularly whilst cutting to make sure it was what I wanted and cut in stages to make sure not too short.
