John was great, very friendly! Great cut at an affordable price, only needed my ends trimmed and some layers put in, very happy with the finished result, and my hair already has more volume and looks healthier, I'll definitely be back

The haircut was fine and well executed but not what I asked for. I wanted my hair cut to my jaw but only got it to my shoulders, when I’d specifically asked for it at my jaw. Maybe this was on my part since it was only a dry hair cut but when I did ask for it shorter the hairdresser replied saying it was the length I asked for. The appointment took a little more than 30 mins when should have been an hour slot so it felt very rushed.
Overall a nice salon but I’m unsatisfied
