The staff here are lovely, and the bikini wax was well done. The only suggestion for improvement would be that the room needs to be kept cleaner.

This was like stepping into a mad house. The service wasn’t professional at all. Staff were complaining to me about other clients, very cramped environment. I really struggled to communicate with the person doing my eyebrows, it felt like I skipped straight to the advanced chapter on eyebrow care. I left with them tidier, but definitely underwhelmed.
