I had booked a facial, but they did not have staff to do it and informed me only 30 min before the scheduled time. The place was under renovation, so not the best time to visit. However, I did waxing which was not a bad experience.

The girl who did the manicure was very nice. Had few problems with the booking which was a little of a challenge but eventually we managed to arrange a convenient time, even if different from what I chose. Overall the staff is friendly and the manicure was ok.
