the place is clean. the girl who did my nails are very nice and friendly. i will probabaly go back again.
good range of colours available, friendly therapist, ok treatment area. overall excellent service. I would return there to get my nails done
I only had a soak off shellac treatment but I did not like it. The staff was nice but I told her my nails were very weak and even though she scraped them quite hard to remove the varnish instead of leaving the nails 2 more minutes with nail polish remover so she would not have to scrape that hard. Besides I booked through Wahanda for Wednesday and the place re-scheduled my appointment later that day for Thursday because they didn't have any open hour for Wednesday
I had a file and polish treatment and I did not like it. First of all for the price paid (15£) a lot of places include cuticles in the treatment, but the main reason not to like this place is that the nail hardener she applied started to tear up by layers the next day! It did not last longer than 24 hours which to me is unacceptable. I am sorry because the staff was nice but I would not recommend this place.
I had the shellac removal (rather than the two week manicure, which it seems to suggest I had). Was pleased when I was able to rearrange my appointment to an earlier time, but the actual removal process wasn't amazing. The manicurist put the acetone on my nails, but seemed to be impatient to start scraping it off and when she did start scraping, it wasn't coming off very easily. So then she put the foils back on, but even then, she had to scrape quite hard. She was a bit rushed so missed spots and rather slapdash. Not sure if the removal included painting on with some nail hardener (some places include it, some don't), but I even had to rub my own hand cream in! The manicurist had a cold at the time, so perhaps that's why she was rushing and didn't want to rub the cream in.
