The ambience was not great - I was taken to a dingy room downstairs. I also didn't really like the results of my shellac, it was badly applied and the nails were filed badly.

Overall okay, but the noise from people going up and down the stairs and the fact you can hear everything through the thin walls didn't make it very relaxing. The treatments very just OK too, although Lauren is lovely.

The facial was wonderful and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Wasn't the most relaxing as you can hear people walking around on the floor above which is really quite loud.

Great experience as always. Lovely therapist. Would recommend! Very good value for a shellac removal treatment, which was what I had.
