This is a great location and is decorated well. The manicurist worked hard on my nails and came across as if she genuinely cared. Unfortunately this venue is let down on price. All you get for a £25 manicure is a file and paint. No massage, not even hand lotion. I usually pay £12 for my manicure which includes file, paint, cuticles and a massage. Not only do I think this is grossly over priced but it also didn't feel like a pamper experience but an utilitarian disappointment.

The girl who was doing the manicure was really nice, but she was sick and it was uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the manicure. The quality of the nail polish was good, but the top cover polish was finishing. Moreover, instruments she was using were not clean, and I could see she used the same towel for everyone. she did not apply any hand cream and there was no water therapy. I came out from the salon with my nail pieces (after nail file) on me.
