I booked the 45 minute Biab manicure however, the experience was not satisfactory. The manicure did not happen, I had to select a different colour from the one I wanted as my nails were not finished to my usual standard. This was due to the previous colour removal becoming challenging and taking too long to remove. I would recommend drills to be available for ease of removal, customer choice, and time. My nails looked patchy, translucent, from old biab. And below my usual preferred standard.
