Amazing facial, very calming - the only thing that would have made it better was a bit more actual time working on my face (I thought there would be a bit more of a facial massage included) as there were long breaks between a few of the masks/serums, so 20 mins of the hour facial was just lying there. But it was still very relaxing and Melania was very gentle.
