Tina was great but the girl at reception was not helpful and arrogant. When I asked her how much longer I need to wait (it was already 15 mins after my appointment time) she just shurgged her shoulder and said sometimes it takes longer there is nothing she can do, without any explanation or apologies.

Tina was amazing, asked questions about areas I wanted to focus on and added things into the massage that really helped relieve tension in my shoulders. Will 100% be coming back!
