Booked a machine only men cut, very simple trim so I can't say anything about their skills with scissors. 2 negative things I found: They don't have a razor for the sideburns and neck which is ESSENTIAL for a men cut (all the hair salons have it), and also they don't apply hairwax nor any product after the cut whereas in other hair salons for the same price you get it. Despite of that it was a good experience overall but they should fix that points.
