This was my second visit because I had a positive experience first time. This time however, I had a different stylist who was not comfortable with blow drying a long hair. Despite my request she did incorrect parting and dried the hair very awkwardly. When she finished it was all frizzy. I said I did not like it hoping that she would remedy the situation but instead she blamed it on me saying it it was my fault due to having a long hair.
I also called the salon later in the day to make a complaint. Salon’s response was that thet are sorry but there is “absolutely nothing they can do for me”.
Overall my feeling is that the service is not consistent and staff are not taught customer service.
