We went for Valentines Weekend. It was fantastic. We continually experience very high levels of customer service. Having stayed a many hotels around the UK and the world, I was amazed at how helpful and attentive everyone around the hotel and spa were. Well worth every penny!
I had an hour massage which was fantastic, actual spa was ok. Rooms very comfortable and staff really helpful and nice. Only downfall was the ambience at dinner with elevator music playing throughout. Overall a good stay and good value for money.
Overnight stay with girlfriend used all facilities, had massage and excellent dinner
Went to the spa with my friend for my 21st birthday and had such a great time! The facilities were beautiful and the staff were so friendly. I especially enjoyed the full body massage and facial - at the end of the day I was so relaxed and would definitely recommend this to anyone! The lunch was also fabulous!
The place was extremely clean.

The massage was relaxing.
The afternoon tea taste. Delicious.
