Mrs T is the best nails person I have ever trusted my nails to. She is good natured, gives advice on how to take care of your nails yourself and always takes great care of my sensitive nails. Great customer service of the whole team of Ten of the Best Nails. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with the treatment because although it felt dry (checked by the beautician), when I got home it all smudged. When I got it redone elsewhere, I was told that the layers were too thick. I did receive compensation and I would suggest paypal or a credit card as they have buyer protection. I was offered a chance to have it redone, but I did not have the time to travel back across London.The service and staff were lovely but the end result was unsatisfactory.
