Kim always makes you feel at ease and very welcomed. Although we chat, she just gets on and gets the job done. Kkm always double checks what she has done even tweezering out the stray hairs after waxing. Her premises are always pristine clean and everything looks well looked after which is a good sign for me. Happy to recommend Kim 10/10
