I was booked in for a blow dry but Maxine offered to cut my hair because she had time. I walked out crying so much I couldn't speak. She has completely butchered my long hair. She tried to cut layers into it but has instead made me look like a scarecrow. She should not be offering to cut anyone's hair, let alone the 'thickest hair she's ever seen' apparently.
It was the worst salon experience and should not be allowed to happen to people, I am devastated.
It's quite rare for me to go from long hair to really short and yet exit a salon feeling wonderful and glamorous. Summi is so in touch with everything about hair, I'm confident to go to her. Loved the warm yet professional services here!
