Upon getting home my eyelashes looked no different apart from they are a tiny bit darker from the tint. If I had noticed when in the salon I’d have mentioned but my eyes were quite sticky from the excessive glue used and it was only until I was home that I could see them properly. I was really unhappy, £30 is a lot of money for me personally to spend on my eyelashes and these were for a holiday - I feel like it was a real waste of time and money. I requested a refund which was rejected and told that it was because I had a (minimal) amount of mascara on when I arrived at the salon. This was removed prior to the treatment. I was offered another lash lift, however as the salon closes at 6pm (so the appointment was also quite rushed) I wasn’t going to leave work early for a second time for another uncomfortable treatment with no guarantee it would work. I expressed the dissatisfaction and was told it was another treatment and no refund which personally felt a bit unfair. Prior to visiting the salon I was not offered a patch test or told to ensure all make up was removed.

The girl was lovely and took lots of time and effort,but chipped quickly and foot scrub waste really done. Was ok.
