All staff are very friendly, listened well to what type of cut i wanted, my original stylist wasn't overly confident with cutting short hair was honest about this so Summi cut it instead, was a little nervous about getting such a short cut but a better than expected job was done. Lovely people that work there, love my new hair!
Overall amazing experience.
