I have arrived with an annoying upper-back pain caused by long sitting hours. Gabor applied just the right amount of pressure to reach long-term release of my tension, without causing unnecessary pain. I wish I came earlier. We discussed further steps on how I can avoid or mitigate such problem in the future. Really great experience!

First deep tissue massage in a long time. Working in a gym comes with the possibility of over training and your muscles being tense and sore most of the times. Gabor’s session was excellent. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it so you get a better understanding of your body and how to look after it. Felt much better after. I’ll definitely revisit him.
