Only 1menber of staff on hand so had to leave room to answer door. Quite noisy, carries through to room from reception, not very relaxing and therapeutic therefore. Quite abrupt manner from member of staff and not v professional as already on a personal phone call before I'd left salon! Massage itself was fine but wouldn't recommend due to other aspects.
