Didn’t know I was coming. Wasn’t willing to tailor the treatment to my needs. Solid massage though.

Although the staff were lovely and overall the facial was okay, there was no hot water so they had to use cold water on my face. Average facial, I cant see any improvements apart from a lot of oil on my face.
