Beautician very friendly, chatty and listened carefully to client's needs/wishes. Wax was quick and relatively pain free. Would definitely recommend therapist. She was running a one woman show, and did so effortlessly, but for a slightly more professional service/ calm ambience more staff would have been beneficial. Would go back due to therapist.
