The night before my holiday I decided to book a spray tan at Texsixtwo. The day before the treatment, I was informed my booking had been pushed back half an hour which was a slight inconvenience but, no big deal.
However, on arrival I was taken into a back room which looked like it needed some serious refurbishment - something the technician commented on herself. When she returned to the room to commence the tan, she failed to close the door properly during the treatment which made me feel uncomfortable as there was a massive gap between the door. She also failed to ask me what shade of tan I would like and provide proper instructions on what positions to move into during the process. Also, I never take a ring off my finger for sentimental purposes so forgot to remove it for the tan but the technician tanned over it and now it's left me with a huge ring mark on my middle finger.
The technician also failed to talk through any of the tanning after care (luckily I have had a spray tan before albeit a long time ago) but as a new customer I thought this would be common practice.
Two days into my holiday the tan is streaky and has a massive white path on the top of my inner right thigh.
