Staff are lovely, I can't stress this enough. Although the thin walls affected the overall ambience, re the massage I would have preferred if the stones weren't hit together at certain points to 'loosen the knots' as I found it distracting (but this could be down to personal preference). Was surprised that they used the body oil for the face massage - as opposed to a specific facial skincare product. Overall, for the price point it's okay, and it was a good massage.
