The lady was running a little late so she phoned me up to let me know so i didn't rush there and have to wait which i really appreciated. She focussed on exactly what i asked and really worked through the knotty areas. At the end she gave me a loyalty card to get 30% off my 7th treatment - i will definitely be going back!

I arrived at the venue on time to find it was closed. I asked Treatwell and they had no explanation why the shop was closed. I had travelled a long way and the whole experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend booking here.
