Fantastic facial. It wasn't the usual 'put a mask on the client and leave for 20 mins.' Loretta stayed the entire 50 min facial as stated and she was incredibly attentive and thorough. I highly recommend Loretta and the team at the Nine Elms branch. I'll also be back.
