The Worst shop ever,room was very dirty,smelly,and cold,I asked the staff to turn on the air condition and was cold windly stargit blowing behind my back,I was very uncomfortable and upset,the woman staff was so rude,so I couldn't finish my treatment,while I wake up ready put my clothes on she start shouting at me says do"no u can't leave u have to finished this message" I said "please get out let me put my clothes on" she didn't stop at all just continue shouting at me,that was a very ugly and bad end up,i tried to call Treatwell and the shop manager unfortunately didn't get any respond , money refund or apologises.
