Hollywood wax wasn’t great, when I first got there, the girl didn’t know what treatment I had even booked in for. Could then hear what was going on in the treatment room next door! The was wasn’t great and quite painful and the girl left lots of hair and at the end said I should pluck them myself..! Then when I was leaving the girl was visibly on phone and not bothered at all about customer service. Very disappointed after paying £35.

Olivia was very nice, gentle and also quite fast which is an impressive combination.

Lovely little space, calm music, clean, and very good therapist although she did leave some hair unfortunately, but I think she was in a bit of a rush. Would definitely return.
