The salon is really nice and so are the staff, however I wasn't very happy with the cut itself. I have really long hair and asked for only a couple of inches off but an extremely large amount was taken off the length. I wouldn't have minded so much if the cut wasn't so choppy (the ends are all blunt and the layers don't blend at all). I'm now going to have to let it grow out a bit and go back to my regular hairdresser to sort out.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be hospitable, however my highlights were very stripey.

As someone who leaves visits to hairdressers until almost beyond redemption, I had a really good hairdresser who understood what I wanted and delivered with style. I had high and low lights and cut by Carl. I’m very happy with the result. Many thanks

Absolutely thrilled with my new hairdo!
Nessa and Sky listened to what I wanted and created it.
As only 1/2 head was permed I got a credit note as well.
Excellent cut and perm, value for money, using products that are kind to scalp and hair. Will be back for coloring next!
