The therapist was really nice, and kept checking in to see if I was alright but this was honestly the most painful wax I've ever had. It also took about an hour from start to finish, when I've had less painful waxes in 20 minutes before. I said the wax was too hot but she kept putting it over already sensitive skin, and it didn't harden properly before removal which meant she kept having to redo the same spots.
Positives are that the room seemed nice and clean, with relaxing music playing. She used a warm flannel over the area afterwards which helped soothe the skin. The lady was genuinely lovely.

My mum had a great visit to this salon and she couldn't praise the lady enough. She did half leg waxing and pedicure and was super pleased. The place itself does not look particularly inviting when you first walk in the door, (you have to go through a men's hair salon) but the lady has her own private space in the back which is cosy. The lady did a very good job and the price is inviting too.
