I got a call from this salon less than an hour before my treatment was meant to take place telling me I have to come in later as another client is running late. I explained that I couldn’t as I had to attend meetings for the rest of the afternoon, the woman shouted at me and refused to cancel so that I couldn’t get a refund! Thankfully Treatwell customer service sorted this all out but I would never use TGN Beauty Spa again - disgraceful!
