Because I went at the end of the day - I felt a bit rushed by the staff as I think they just wanted to finish and get home. I paid for a full body massage but she mainly focused on my back and the back of my legs rather than full body - even though it did last the full 45 minutes I paid for.

prebooked my treatment and when I called they couldn't do treatment and asked if I could come later as the therapist was not even there, really annoying. Had half a treatment done with another lady instead she was good.
