My shoulders were so tight due to stress. I had big and stubborn knots behind my shoulder blades. This massage helped me a lot. I cannot say it was relaxing, I knew it was going to hurt. The day after, the tension was mostly gone and although I still have pain, it's so much better. I will come again and can recommend it to everyone.
