Horrible experience. I was burned by a hot towel they put on me, without asking or checking the temperature. The therapist was sick, coughing and sniffing the entire massage without a mask. It was actually a 45 min massage not 60 mins (which is what I had scheduled). And lastly, the massage itself was not even good.
