I decided to book my appointment as I was experiencing some tension around my neck and shoulders and I also had a pain in my left hip and right shoulder. Lumpai asked me to fill in some paperwork when I arrived at my appointment as it was my first visit and double checked what issues I was experiencing. I opted for a medium to strong massage. At the end of my massage my neck felt 100% better than when I walked in. I would highly recommend making an appointment if you have any aches and pains.
