The lymphatic massage with Lumpai was amazing - I came because I'd been recommended it to help with the ongoing symptoms of long covid. Lumpai was friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgable - and the results have been incredible. I have been suffering with inflammation which accompanies flare ups of my symptoms and I could literally hear and feel the fluid draining as she worked. Really incredible service and she went through what I can do to help at home - amazing, thanks so much

During the initial assessment I discussed my injuries and issues with my back, hips and knee and I said I wanted a gentle massage. Initially it was good but after she used her feet and her body weight to release my hamstrings I got annoyed and felt tense for the whole time. After that the massage was too gentle and it was pretty useless. I wanted to release some tension just with the use of hands strength but instead I went out more tense and afraid that she damaged something in my body.
