Honestly had the best 60 minutes massage ever! Amy was so comforting and had the right pressure to help with all my tense muscles. Friendly and you actually get the full 60 minutes of your treatment rather than your treatment starting from the minute you enter the door unlike other places. I highly recommend Sala Thai Therapy & Spa for a pregnancy massage!! Haven’t tried their other massages but i’m sure they’re all just as good. Thank you Amy! Booked again for same treatment in 2 weeks!

Incredible really was a deep sports massage loved it will be going back , really attentive asking if pressure was ok. Used her weight to stretch and apply pressure . I was sore the day after but was to be expected muscle feel looser but will be going back for further treatments
