I've been a customer for almost 6 years. The last treatment was extremely disappointing. They did not tell us beforehand that the building doesn't have heating at all. The room we went in was chilly and my partner caught a nasty cold.

Awful massage, WAY too much oil and absolutely ZERO pressure applied. Normally a masseuse will ask in the beginning what pressure is preferred or what areas to concentrate on but that didn’t happen here. Left with the same amount of pain as I arrived with, complete waste of time and money
