I was charged again at the venue despite having already paid Treatwell. Salon later told me to go to Treatwell for a refund. Treatwell is asking me for proof of payment when they could just approach the salon. This is chaotic. The massage was good but customers would be best advised to book directly with the salon and not Treatwell to avoid this happening.
