The massage felt very rushed and the lady was breathing heavily the whole time. I felt pressured by her to tip, which I did because I felt bad. I woke up the next day with bad back pain and that's because she walked directly on my spine rather than around it. I recently recovered from an unexplained back injury that started a year ago. After this visit, it clicked that the injury started after 2 massages I got here last year, as the same back pain returned after she walked directly on my spine.
