Brilliant, will definitely be going back very soon
One of the best massages I have had, (and I have had quite a few). The therapist was thorough which ensured that the treatment was an enjoyable exeprience. My friend had visited Thai Therapy the week before and she had come out glowing and feeling energised, I had a similar experience. I can be quite fussy and difficult to please, however, I found the quality of the treatment and professionalism of the team impeccable. I will definitely be visiting again in the very near future.
After spending last weekend searching Oxford Street and Westfield for nice gifts for all the family, I noticed that my back and shoulders were aching from all the carrying (I have a big family!). If anything the pain got worse, and started giving me a headache, so I had to go home early from work on Monday as I just couldn’t concentrate. One of my colleagues recommended Thai London Therapy, as she had been there some weeks previously with a similar complaint of back soreness, and she said it really did the trick. Naturally sceptical, but desperate to get back to work, I decided to give it a go. The place wasn’t too hard to find, as it is located just behind the Charles Hadcock ‘Echo’ sculpture on Rossmore Road – which looks like a ten foot tall ‘&’ made from iron! After discussion with the very friendly and helpful therapist, we decided that a bespoke massage would be best. This consisted of Thai deep tissue, hot stone, and healthy dose of tiger balm. She really knew where & how hard to press on my back and shoulders, and the hot stone, which I’d never tried before was amazing! The relaxation I felt during the hour long treatment lasted for days afterwards, and allowed me to return to work & continue with Christmas shopping pain free. I will definitely be returning soon!
I have traveled quite a lot and visited various places. However this venue tops it all and it certainly offers one of the best massages in London. I received a mix of hot stone and deep tissue which was very relaxing, and the masseuse was so friendly. It was quite hard to find the venue as said in all other reviews, but the receptionist didn't hesitate to call me and tell me the exact location when I was running a bit late (trust me it must have been quite hard for her not to be pressurising but she was just so lovely). I will definitely visit this place again. After the treatment I can write a review without my shoulder killing me!
I would NOT recommend this place! 30 minutes after my appointment was due to start I politely asked how long I would have to wait as I would need to pick up my daughter. The manager told me another 10 minutes. When I said I wasn't sure if I would then be able to fit in my 2 hour 'luxury' treatment, I was told they could rush it or give me a full refund. As it had taken an hour each way to travel there, I reluctantly decided to wait. (Apparently some clients had arrived late and rather than rush their treatments, they made me wait over 40 minutes for mine). When I was eventually seen, the therapist did my manicure in the waiting area on a cushion balanced on a stool. With my arms outstretched and nothing to support my forearms or elbows, my back was aching after an hour! Also, my hands were not soaked and were repeatedly wiped over with alcohol gel. It was far from luxurious. A room was finally free for my pedicure. This was much better. The therapist did a good job but their selection of varnish was very poor - on quality and choice of colour (if you wanted something natural). I'm not sure if they just over-subscribed on the offers as I'd never been here before, but the customer service was awful.
