the masseuse was very thorough, with all my sensitive areas (shoulders, neck) treated with upmost of care and attention. the room could have been a bit warmer, that being said, as soon as I mentioned this, a heater was switched on right away. Overall the experience left me feeling a bit broken (but in a good way!). I throughly recommend and good value for money.
