When I arrived there was an issue with my appointment not showing up on the system which caused a delay to my massage starting. I had to wait some minutes after I was told which room to go into before someone arrived to start and was shown into an empty shower to change. However, once it began the lady was very thorough and regularly asked if everything was okay. She was sure to make up the time lost by the delayed start and I felt feeling very relaxed when leaving.
